Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all included accessories. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@teasets-store.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, Wrong, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, contact us at info@teasets-store.com within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. After we review and confirm the issue, we will offer a refund or replacement. For confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, Sanroll Teasets Store will cover the return shipping cost when a return is required.

Customer Preference Returns

If you want to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost for customer preference returns.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee. Restocking fee: $0.

Sale Items

Sale items and discounted items are covered by the same 30-day return policy as regular-priced items.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
Gift cards.
Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by customer misuse.
Items not returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.
Items returned without proof of purchase.
Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.
Custom or personalized items, if applicable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the eligible item first and place a new order. For damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, we may provide a replacement as part of the issue resolution.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@teasets-store.com.
