Shipping policy

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our CN warehouse.

Shipping Method and Cost

We ship orders by standard shipping service.
The final shipping cost is displayed at checkout before payment. The customer pays the shipping cost shown at checkout.

Order Handling Time

Order handling time is 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Handling time begins after payment is confirmed and ends when the package is handed to the carrier.

Transit Time

Transit time is 5-15 business days after the carrier picks up the package.

Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time is 6-17 business days.
Total delivery time = order handling time (1-2 business days) + transit time (5-15 business days).

Shipping Destinations

We ship to the countries and regions available at checkout. If a country or region is not available at checkout, orders cannot be placed for that destination.

Order Tracking

After your order ships, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please enter a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. Contact us at info@teasets-store.com before the package ships to request an address correction. After the package has shipped, Sanroll Teasets Store cannot change the delivery address.

Orders Not Received

If your order has not been delivered within 17 business days from the order date, contact us at info@teasets-store.com with your order number. We will check the shipment status with the carrier and provide the next step.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders ship from China. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees required by the destination country are the customer's responsibility. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless collected at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Packages

If your package arrives damaged or the item received is incorrect, contact us at info@teasets-store.com with your order number and photos of the package and item within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will review the issue and provide a replacement, refund, or other solution under our Refund Policy.
